Terms and conditions

By using this website you agree to these terms. Please read them together with our privacy policy.

Listings, prices and availability

  • Prices are listed in Pakistani rupees (PKR) and may change. The price that applies is the one Mehrivy Traders confirms to you before sale.
  • Showing a bike on this website does not guarantee it is available. Availability is confirmed when we reply to your enquiry.
  • We try to keep specifications accurate. Range figures marked as manufacturer claims are not guaranteed; real range depends on rider weight, speed, roads, weather and battery condition.
  • Photos may show a bike of the same model rather than the exact unit unless stated.

Enquiries and service appointments

  • Sending a WhatsApp message or submitting a form does not create a purchase, a reservation or a contract.
  • Service appointment requests are confirmed only when we reply. Repair and parts costs are agreed with you before work starts.

Used bikes

Used bikes are sold in the condition described to you. Please inspect the bike, ask about battery health and known defects, and confirm any warranty in writing before buying.

Warranty

Any warranty is only what is stated for the specific bike and confirmed at the time of sale.

Running cost calculator

The calculator gives an estimate of energy costs only using the values you enter. It is not a quotation or a guarantee of savings.
